Stainless Steel Posts
Our Stainless Steel Posts are designed to provide strong structural support for panel and door installations, making them ideal for hygienic or corrosive environments such as food processing, pharmaceutical, and washdown areas.
Manufactured from 80 x 80 x 3.0mm square hollow section and available in either 316 or 304 stainless steel, each post features a 180-grit industrial finish with passivated welds to enhance corrosion resistance and maintain a clean, professional appearance. The top is fully welded for a smooth finish, while the post body is completely sealed to prevent moisture, debris, or chemical intrusion—ensuring long-term durability and hygiene.
Available in 1.2m or 2.0m heights, these posts are compatible with both the Easy Fence and Tube On Edge systems. Please note: installation fixings and levelling grub screws are not included.

Panels are compatible with 1.2m or 2.0m posts, providing flexibility for various enclosure heights.
Designed to minimise contamination risks, TOE Panels are particularly well-suited for environments with strict hygiene requirements, such as cleanrooms, high-moisture zones, and sanitary production areas. Please note: Post-to-panel brackets are not included.

Each door features a 38 x 38 x 1.6mm stainless steel frame (available in 304SS or 316SS) and a strong 316SS 40 x 40 x 4.0mm welded mesh in-fill, delivering excellent visibility while maintaining structural integrity. The entire assembly is finished to an 180-grit industrial standard with passivated welds, offering superior corrosion resistance and a clean appearance.
Doors are supplied with mounting hardware and are designed to swing up to 180 degrees for maximum accessibility. With a standard height of 2000mm, they offer a clear opening of panel width minus 170mm, and maintain a 200mm safety distance to meet compliance standards.
Available in a range of widths, these doors typically weigh between 15.0kg and 32.0kg, depending on size. Whether used for personnel access or equipment entry points, our stainless steel hinged doors deliver strength, hygiene, and long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments.
