Your USERNAME remains as the email address currently linked to your Distributor Portal account. All current PASSWORDS will automatically reset on Monday 16 January 2023. A generic temporary password will be emailed to your Distributor Portal account email address on the morning of the launch (16/01/23) providing access to the new platform.

Once you have gained access to the new platform you can choose to change your temporary password to a password of your choice. Click on the My Account tab at top left of the screen then click into Account Details from the left side menu to enter and confirm your new password selection.

Please note: Passwords must contain a minimum of 8 characters and a minimum of 1 letter and 1 number.

Enter the Distributor Portal from the main Barrier Group website via the Distributor Login tab in the top right corner. Enter your username/email and password. Click on the My Account tab at top left of the screen or click on the Profile Icon in the top right corner to access your personalised dashboard.

Log in. Click on the My Account tab at top left of the screen then Account Details from the left side menu.

Yes! Sub-Accounts can be added to each Distributor account.

To add a new user:

• Log in.
• Click on the My Account tab at top left of the screen then Sub-Accounts from the left side menu.
• Enter the chosen Username* – Email Address* – Password*
• Enter First/Last Name – Job Title – Phone Number
• Select which Permissions you want the user to have access to

Main Search

Log in. Use the top left of screen ‘Find product’ search field to enter a product name, partial product name or SKU/Product Code.

Purchase List

Log in. Click on the My Account tab at top left of the screen then Purchase Lists from the left side menu.

Select New List (red) tab at the top right of the screen. Use the Quick/Bulk Order Form by typing in the product code or name of the product in the ‘Search for a product’ field. Select the required quantity in the ‘Qty’ field. Choose ‘add to cart’ or ‘save list’.

Bulk Order

Use the Quick/Bulk Order Form by typing in the product code or name of the product in the ‘Search for a product’ field. Select the required quantity in the ‘Qty’ field. Choose ‘add to cart’ or ‘save list’.

Add all required products and quantities to your shopping cart. Once done you can choose to ‘View Cart’ or ‘Go To Checkout’.

While in the ‘View Cart’ section you have optional choices to save your order as a ‘Purchase List’ as well as being able to update the cart with additional products, remove products, or change quantities. Your Distributor discount can be viewed and will automatically update as the shopping cart is revised. To complete an order ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

While in the ‘Checkout’ section you have the option to choose shipping or collection. Please ensure your address is correct and the ‘Address Type’ and ‘Authority to Leave’ boxes are actioned.

While in the ‘Checkout’ section you have the option of payment via your Barrier Group account (within assigned credit limit) or via credit card.

Yes! There is no requirement to enter a discount coupon code. Your Distributor 5% discount will automatically appear in your shopping cart. The discount will automatically adjust as items are added or removed from the shopping cart.

Log in. Click on the My Account tab at top left of the screen then choose Orders from the side menu on the left of the screen. Orders can be viewed but not amended or cancelled.

A Drop Ship order shipped to an alternative address can be added at time of checkout or saved as a ‘New Shipping Address’ for repeated use. Choose the option of ‘Drop Ship’ if you do not want Barrier Group invoice/paperwork sent with the order. A $20 Drop Ship fee will be added to your order automatically, this is in addition to any other pre-calculated applicable shipping charges.

Both a BILLING and SHIPPING address must be saved into your account. Either of these can be updated or amended at any point. Multiple shipping addresses can be saved for repeated use.

Choose an alternative address from the ‘Address Book (optional)’ field or type in the address you wish to send your order to.

• Log in. Click on the My Account tab at top left of the screen then Purchase Lists from the left side menu.
• Select New List. Use the Quick/Bulk Order Form by selecting either ‘Search by: Product Name’ or ‘Search by: SKU’ to find the desired product.
• Purchase Lists can be added to, updated, and added to your shopping cart in a bulk by selecting ‘Add to Cart’.

All Barrier Group Distributor accounts have a pre-allocated credit limit set at time of activation. All applicable payment terms, credit limit, available credit, and any outstanding balances can be viewed on your Distributor Portal Dashboard. To view your credit transaction history, select Credit Limit from the left side menu.
