The Barrier Group brand is well known and respected throughout Australia and is a valuable and powerful marketing tool.

The intellectual property (IP) incorporated in Barrier Group's products, marketing materials and its brands are valuable assets that Barrier Group allows to be used under strict conditions. It must only ever be used for the application as granted and always with the permission of Barrier Group.

Barrier Group views rebranding of its' products or 'passing off' (using our IP to sell a competitor's product) as very serious matters, which will as a minimum, terminate any arrangement to supply Barrier Group products. Our IP is not transferable by you to any third party. This needs to be clearly understood and adhered to by any potential distributor or reseller wishing to use our IP.

Barrier Group reserves all ownership and intellectual property rights in respect to the images being provided, even when they have been watermarked with your brand.
