Pipe Bending & Rolling
Rotary draw bending involves clamping the outside diameter of a pipe and drawing it over a mandrel with a fixed radius.
At Barrier Group we can draw bend a large range of pipe sizes up to 90mm diameter with a wall thickness of 5.5mm up to 180 degrees in a single pass. Incremental 3 roll bending is where material is passed through a set of 3 driven rollers that are adjustable, this method can produce varied shapes from a very large radius to continuous spirals. At Barrier Group we can incrementally roll pipe up to 90mm diameter with a wall thickness of 5.5mm.
Where we can help:
- Rotary draw bending of heavy black pipe up to 80nb.
- Continuous radius roll bending of pipe and steel profiles.
- Fabrication of rolled or bent materials into finished products.
- Mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium tube and pipe.
