I am looking at installing your Retracta-Belt Wall Mount units in a highly dusty environment and want to know if they are suitable for these conditions or if they are field serviceable for cleaning?

Dust on its own shouldn't be a big problem as dry dust will tend to flick off the belt as it retracts and extends. Moisture with dust would be more of an issue as it would allow the dust to stick to the belt and be drawn into the unit.

As with any product in a hostile environment, there may be a reduced service life however, Retracta-Belt Wall Mount is the most durable and proven product of its type on the market. We can, of course, offer a service and repair facility on a return post basis should it be required. Or we can provide spare parts to carry out your own servicing.
