An expandable barrier, or expanding barrier, is a portable safety barrier system that expands to cover doorways, escalators, hallways, or restricted areas.

They can be quickly deployed and easily manoeuvred into position. They sit on plastic feet or lockable castor wheels and retract into conveniently smaller sizing for compact storage.
