What sort of cutting blade should I use for cutting FRP floor plates or stair nosing?
We recommend using a circular saw with a timber cutting blade for cutting FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer) floor plates or stair nosing. Alternatively, you can use a five-inch angle grinder with a 1 mm metal cutting disc.
Cutting FRP creates fine dust, so a dust mask and safety glasses should be worn.
