From sleek stainless steel Fixed In-floor posts to highly portable one-metre traffic cones and everything in between, there’s a Pilot Mounting Option to suit every situation.
Standard 1 metre traffic cones, with a rubber base and reflective collar, weigh 6.4kg. Available in Red or Yellow and accept any Pilot accessories fitted with cone adaptors. We recommend the use of additional rubber 5.3kgs base weights in windy conditions.
Hi-Line Post & Base
A 8.7kg moulded rubber base and 63mm diameter Yellow UPVC post provide stability and durability. The post includes a Twist-lok receiver to accept the Pilot belt unit and accessories.
Midline Stainless Steel Post and Base
The PMLSSP is a stainless steel post with a weighted base and cover, designed as an alternative post mounting option within the Pilot Ecosystem.
Pilot Removable In-Floor Post
Pilot removable in-floor posts are available in either polished stainless steel or durable UPVC plastic. The 63mm posts use a pin and socket design that allows them to be quickly deployed and removed without tools, leaving the floor clear of potential tripping hazards.
Pilot Fixed In-Floor Post
Pilot fixed in-floor posts are available in durable UPVC plastic. The 63mm posts utilise an aluminium slip post design that allows them to rotate smoothly for belt alignment while reducing the risk of unauthorised removal.
Pilot Removable Spike Post
Pilot removable spike posts are available in durable UPVC plastic only. The 63mm posts use a 200mm long galvanised steel spike that allows them to be quickly deployed using foot pressure and removed again when necessary. Use in grassed or soft gravel areas for temporary applications.

Co-Pilot Base Weight
With its 20kg cast iron base and stainless steel post, Co-Pilot provides stability and mobility, while the 75mm non-marking polyurethane wheels and pozi-grip handle make positioning as simple as tilt and walk. If necessary, stability can be increased even further through the addition of optional 10kg base weights (P/No. PILOT-BW10). Up to two base weights at 10kgs each can be added bringing the total weight of the Co-pilot base up to 40kgs. Base weights can be added or removed at any time without the need for tools.

Compatible with all the accessories shown below, Multi-Post can be configured in numerous ways using the included accessory mountings. Pilot Doorway Barrier Kit
The Pilot Door Barrier Kit (PILOT-DBK) can be used on openings or doorways up to 10 metres in length when fully extended. Each kit consists of a mounting bracket fitted with two Pilot Twist-lok connectors for mounting the belt units, and a receiver bracket with aluminium connector rail and 2 belt receiver clips. Brackets are galvanised.
Depending on the application and width of the required span, the bracket kit can be fitted with either two Pilot 5 or two Pilot 10 metre belt units. With the brackets securely mounted the connector rail is simply walked out and positioned in the receiver bracket on the opposite side of the opening. The recommended mounting height is 900mm from ground to the bottom surface of both brackets but can be adjusted to achieve the best visual and functional operation.
NOTE: Pilot Door Barrier Kit and Pilot retractable belt units are ordered separately. 13 different belt (colour/text) options are available. Custom belt printing may be available on request at an additional cost.
